Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically related to AWS cloud projects.
Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients post-contract.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and future project discussions.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage effectively with senior stakeholders in client organizations.
Coordinate high-level meetings and follow-ups with support from senior management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams, ensuring smooth project initiation and client expectations alignment.
Reporting:
Provide accurate, timely updates on sales activities and client engagement status via Nifty.pm.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-4 years) in technology sales, ideally involving cloud solutions (AWS preferred).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Self-driven, proactive in identifying and seizing opportunities.
Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Prior experience working with software consulting or technology service companies is a plus.
