Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically related to AWS cloud projects.

    • Qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients post-contract.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, feedback, and future project discussions.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Engage effectively with senior stakeholders in client organizations.

    • Coordinate high-level meetings and follow-ups with support from senior management.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with technical teams, ensuring smooth project initiation and client expectations alignment.

  • Reporting:

    • Provide accurate, timely updates on sales activities and client engagement status via Nifty.pm.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2-4 years) in technology sales, ideally involving cloud solutions (AWS preferred).

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

  • Self-driven, proactive in identifying and seizing opportunities.

  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Prior experience working with software consulting or technology service companies is a plus.
