Join us as an HR Admin, where you’ll help create a positive and efficient experience for our remote software team. In this role, you’ll support smooth operations, maintain accurate records, where every team member feels supported no matter where they work.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration and Office Operations
Maintain employee records and manage employment paperwork with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring compliance across a remote team.
Manage social insurance, maternity, sick leave updates
Oversee leave and attendance, ensuring timely processing and accurate records.
Support filing, printing, mailing, and forwarding documents for vendors, clients, and employees.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions, promoting a positive and open work environment.
Coordinate office activities and manage office supplies and equipment, following company policies.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth start by providing tools, account setups, and essential information they need to get start.
Manage the offboarding process including conducting exit interview, deactivating accounts, processing final payroll, and retrieving company assets, ensuring a seamless and professional departure.
Compliance and Policy Development
Communicate and implement policies in clear, accessible ways that resonate with a remote workforce
Manage employee compliance to ensure we follow best practices and stay aligned with company standards.
Other tasks: As assigned by the Manager, based on team needs.
Requirements:
At least 2 years in HR administration or a similar role, ideally in the software industry.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office and HR software.
Positive, proactive, and adaptable to a remote work environment.
Reliable, trustworthy, and someone who takes ownership and enjoys contributing to the team.
Good at English
